Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) for our Medical Billing division. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying healthcare providers who require medical billing and revenue cycle management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients including medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers
• Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
• Present medical billing services and explain value propositions clearly
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and appointment targets
• Stay updated on medical billing trends, insurance processes, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and billing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proven experience as a BDR, SDR, or Sales Executive (medical billing experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with US healthcare clients
• Familiarity with medical billing, RCM, CPT, ICD-10, and insurance workflows (preferred)
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in US Medical Billing or Healthcare Sales
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Excellent English communication skills
