Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate BDS Doctor to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills and a strong passion for patient care. The role involves diagnosing and treating dental issues, educating patients on oral health, and performing general dental procedures in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions.
• Perform basic dental procedures such as:
• Extractions
• Restorations (fillings)
• Scaling and polishing
• Root Canal Treatment (if trained)
• Minor surgical procedures
• Take and interpret dental X-rays.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications as needed.
• Ensure sterilization and infection control protocols are followed.
• Work collaboratively with other dental professionals and support staff.
• Participate in dental outreach programs or community health initiatives (if required).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the State Dental Council/Dental Council of India.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in diagnosis and treatment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Practo, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of cosmetic dentistry or orthodontics.
• Experience in handling pediatric or geriatric patients.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
