Job Title:

Dental Surgeon (BDS / MDS)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BDS / MDS Doctor with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience to provide high-quality dental care services. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution of dental procedures while ensuring patient safety, ethical practice, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Provide OPD dental services, including consultation, patient counseling, and follow-ups.
  • Perform dental procedures such as:
  • Extractions
  • Scaling & polishing
  • Restorative procedures
  • Root canal treatments
  • Crown & bridge work
  • Minor oral surgical procedures (as per qualification)
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records and treatment notes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
  • Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Coordinate with hospital departments for referrals, diagnostics, and admissions if required.
  • Handle dental emergencies efficiently.
  • Assist in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct and comply with hospital rules and medical ethics.

Qualifications & Experience: Educational Qualification:

  • BDS / MDS from a recognized Dental College / University
  • Valid Dental Council of India (DCI) Registration

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (Hospital / Dental Clinic)

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Good patient communication and counseling abilities
  • Knowledge of modern dental techniques and instruments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ethical practice and patient-centric approach
  • Basic computer knowledge for record keeping

Working Hours:

As per hospital OPD schedule / duty roster

Salary & Benefits:

As per qualification, experience, and hospital norms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
