800 dentists and set the highest thresholds for hygiene, clinic safety, transparency,

Qualification - BDS / MDS - MBA / PGDM
BDS - 3+ year experience
MDS - PHD with 1-2+ years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities -
Ways to Achieve Dental Quality Management in Clove Dental
1. Planning of Bimonthly audits by a dedicated team of Qualified Dental Surgeons(B.D.S /MHA) month on month on various parameters.
2. Reports and escalations are shared on a daily basis and actions are taken accordingly.
3. The in-clinic audit is an assessment of clinical protocol following, Infrastructure upkeep, financial compliance (mainly related to clinic cash), and Feedback from the doctor, patient and assessor.
4. Assessment of training needs of the staff.
5. Assessment of emergency preparedness of the clinical staff (Code Blue, Code Red) in the form of conduction of quarterly mock drills.
6. Preparing dashboards and score cards as per treatments and outcome expected.
7. Reviewing clinical performance of doctors based on Three important criteria: Quality of Documentation Quality of Treatment Quality of Billing and invoicing
8. Analysis of the responses received from double-blind system of peer reviewing of treatments.
9. Appraising the management regarding the outcome of the analysis.
10. Level 2(Red Flags) cases reported to the Chief Clinical Officer for further needful action.
11. Training for performance improvement in various areas.
12. Linking of Quality performance and scores to practitioner's reimbursement.
Requirements -
l BDS / MDS with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
l State license
l Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
l Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to keep detailed records.
l Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
l Good management skills.
I Willing to travel across the alotted location.
