Key Responsibilities of an MEE Plant Operator1️ Operation

• Start, stop, and monitor MEE plant operations
• Control temperature, pressure, and steam flow
• Monitor feed rate and concentrate quality
• Maintain vacuum levels

2️ Monitoring & Recording

• Check gauges, control panels, and indicators
• Record daily production logs
• Monitor TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) levels
• Ensure discharge meets environmental norms

3️ Maintenance Support

• Clean evaporator tubes
• Check pumps, valves, and pipelines
• Assist in minor repairs
• Report equipment faults

4️ Safety & Compliance

• Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Maintain safety standards
• Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Ensure pollution control compliance

Required Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• Experience in boiler or evaporation plant preferred
• Basic knowledge of pumps, valves, and steam systems

Salary (India Approx.)

• Fresher: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
• Gulf countries: Higher packages depending on experience

Skills Required

• Knowledge of steam systems
• Understanding of pressure & temperature control
• Troubleshooting ability
• Basic computer/control panel operation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
