Leadership Roles Include:

• Fixed salary up to AED 30,000 — one of the highest in the market
• 50% commission on personal sales — no targets, no caps
• 12% override on team performance

• Quarterly appraisals with up to 16% increments

Individual Sales Roles Include:

• High fixed salaries ensuring monthly stability

What You’ll Do

• Engage and guide clients in property buying, selling, leasing, or investment opportunities
• Conduct property tours, negotiations, and deal closures
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• (For leaders) Mentor, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 Months of real-estate experience (UAE)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven sales mindset with hunger to succeed
• For leadership roles — prior team management experience is a must

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
