The Ocean House Beach Bar is a high-volume, full-service, outdoor waterfront restaurant with live music nightly and a packed floor all summer.

Backed by the same culinary and bar team as The Ocean House, we operate a structured, high-output bar program designed to deliver quality and consistency at scale. The setting is high-energy, the pace is real, and the expectation is that drinks go out perfect, every time.

We are seeking experienced bartenders to join an established team for the season—with an eye toward long-term fit across the Ocean House group.

The Role

This is a system-driven bar. Signature cocktails are typically batched, setups are dialed, and execution is tight. The volume is significant, and the bar sits at the center of the operation.

You’ll be working alongside a strong core team, supporting both bar guests and full-service dining. Awareness, speed, and consistency matter.

Shifts typically begin around 12:00 PM and run through 10pm. Five days per week is standard in peak season.

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for a first-time bartender or a short-term summer fill.

We’re looking for someone with real experience, strong fundamentals, and the ability to operate within a system at pace. Someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with a team, and understands what it means to deliver a consistent product under pressure.

This is an outdoor bar—sun, wind, and constant movement are part of the job.

The Opportunity

For the right candidate, there is opportunity to continue with the Ocean House beyond the beach bar season—either transitioning into the main restaurant or returning in future seasons as part of the core team.

In-person interviews are required and prioritized. We are building a team with intention and looking for individuals who want to be part of something consistent and well-run over time.
