Beach Bartender

Job Summary
Join our vibrant beachfront team as a Beach Bartender, where you’ll craft refreshing beverages and create memorable experiences for guests in a lively, outdoor setting. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their beach experience and promote beverage sales.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and manage tabs seamlessly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests promptly without compromising service quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events such as beach parties or private functions like banquets or catering events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub settings, or banquet environments.
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that energizes guests and enhances their beach day.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving policies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills.
• Experience in retail math, cash handling, basic math skills, and food industry standards is preferred.
• Prior catering or food handling experience adds value; retail math skills are beneficial for accurate transactions. Pay: $700.00 - $2,000.00 per week
