Full Job Description

Join our team as a Beach Bungalow Sales Host! This unique, guest-facing role is responsible for welcoming prospective buyers into our Beach Bungalow model home at Camp Margaritaville Resort Crystal Beach. You’ll provide guided tours, share general information about the property and lifestyle, and help create a warm, inviting first impression for potential homeowners.

This is not a licensed realtor position, but it plays a key role in supporting the sales process through organization, communication, and exceptional guest interaction. If you enjoy meeting new people and creating memorable experiences, this is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting resort development project. Part-time.

Key Responsibilities - Model Home Operations:

Staff the Beach Bungalow model home during scheduled hours (typically 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Ensure the model home is clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
Open and close the model home according to established procedures.
Maintain brochures, marketing materials, and informational displays.
Track daily visitor traffic and maintain accurate guest logs.

Guest Tours & Experience:

Greet all guests with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude.
Conduct guided tours of the model bungalow, highlighting features, layout, and lifestyle benefits.
Share general information about the Beach Bungalow project and resort amenities.
Answer basic questions and direct detailed inquiries (pricing, contracts, etc.) to the sales team.
Create a relaxed, no-pressure environment that encourages interest and engagement.
Build rapport with guests to enhance their overall experience.

Lead Capture & Sales Support:

Collect guest information including names, contact details, and level of interest.
Accurately submit leads to the sales team in a timely manner.
Assist with scheduling follow-ups or appointments for licensed sales representatives.
Communicate guest feedback, trends, and common questions to leadership.
Support on-site sales events or promotions as needed.

Customer Service & Organization:

Provide a polished, professional presence representing the brand at all times.
Maintain organized records of guest visits and inquiries.
Ensure all materials provided to guests are current and accurate.
Work collaboratively with the sales team and resort staff.
Keep the model home environment clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales support preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
Comfortable speaking with guests and presenting information.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must adhere to all resort policies.

Schedule:

Typical schedule is 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak visitor times.
