Job Summary

#StayHere Exclusive Experience Hosts - AKA/DBA #StayHere Cape Cod is a Instant check in NIGHTLY vacation real estate host working on a 40% room fee commission. Hosting premier properties that posses elevated potential & exclusive experiences not typical of ordinary real estate.

Hosting real estate in 02558 Onset Village ONLY - providing 24 hour concierge service to our nightly guests and 12 month maintenance services to our real estate ownership clients. Our system allows residential homes to functionaly operate like hotels with same day instant check in capability.

Check in is 3PM and Check out is 9AM - We change over all beds & Linens with NEW ones while the dirty laundry get sent to our laundry room for sanitation. Our Units very seldom EVER are vacant, meaning maintenance is often done at the same time as cleaning and change over operations.Broken windows, AC units, Tv's, and other appliance or compromised fixtures are repaired or removed and replaced SAME day to ensure limited distribution to the Guest Experience.

Our productions teams provides breakfast in the cafe, and laundry service via the laundry room for guests checked into the Rooms & Cottages.

Our guests stay on average 1 to 3 nights at most.

Our team is responsible for the common upkeep of the various Spaces / Exclusive Experiences and their assets at the Resorts we host.

For example our client "The Onset Beach Compound - Cape Cod Beach Resort & Oceanic Habitat". This resort is 7 Units: 2 cottages & 5 Rooms (3 Guest rooms & 2 staff rooms) and a dozen Boat Docks & Moorings.

The resort features several exclusive experience / spaces our team Maintains on the daily.

"Kilians Locker" a Wet Locker on Glen Cove Leased & Operated by #PlayHere Cape Cod - which sells 2 hour excursions aboard 14 kayaks, and a dozen pedal boats. The Locker is also an Authorized dealer of "Beau lake Paddle Boards" www.beaulake.com. Guests "test drive" their Paddle Board before purchase. As well as life vests sales.

A Deep water Boat Landing / Dock for Pedal boats, Skiffs, Tenders, & a 3 bay Wet Canoe Locker providing Fishing Tackle Rental, Pedal Boat Rental & 2 Hour Canoe Excursions

"The #PlayHere - Parks & Recs ROAD UNIT"

A recreational equipment Storage & Rental Buisness - Providing access to E- Bikes & a Authentic Disney Surry bike to #StayHere guests & Road Bikes for rent by the day to the general public

"The Cafe & General Store & 11:11 Cookies "

A small kitchen that provides Breakfast provisions & Hot Coffee to Resort Guests daily as well as HOT cookies delivered via Door Dash on Saturday nights @ 11:11PM. Utilizing the commercial ice machine Fisherman & Sportman purchase ice via 5 gallon buckets while utilizing the boat ramp at the resort.

A small living room & Table space utilized for movie marathons, Video & Analog games, And professional meetings. Featuring a Marker board, Printer, High Speed Wifi, and fresh pop corn

"The Compounds Spa"

An outdoor spa situated on the top of a sea wall, inches from the ocean. Featuring a Hot tub, Sauna, and Cold Plunge Bath - With ice provided from the commercial ice machine.

At full capacity the compound is around 28 over night guests and roughly 30-50 transient day guests on the daily. Maintaining open walk way paths, safety equipment and resort functionality while fully occupied is the main daily objective of the production team. Mitigating trash and damage to the resort & assets in live time daily.

Production team assist with planned events & parties, And day guests on resort for excursions NOT just vacation rental.

Join our vibrant Beach Resort & Oceanic Habitat as a key member of the Production & Maintenance Team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and upkeep of our resort facilities and oceanic habitats. Your expertise will help create an exceptional environment for guests and marine life alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively, tropical setting while applying your technical skills and leadership abilities to maintain our world-class amenities and habitats.

Duties

• Change Dirty Bed linens to clean bed linens - wash laundry - fold and put away
• Clean units at check out with Alcohol spray from CEILING to FLOOR - washing exterior of home - Rake beach - Garden Maintenance - ETC
• Laundry Room Service
• Check in guests to ensure they are parked in the right place and understand the village and resort. Giving extra effort to children to ensure a magical experience for them.
• Check out guest to ensure Units are being sanitized on schedule to ensure smooth check in of next guest
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on resort facilities.
• Conduct landscaping, basic repairs, and residential painting to uphold the aesthetic and safety standards of the resort.
• Read plans and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize phone clock in app.
• Cleaning of Interior and exterior of real estate
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Use tools such as leaf blowers, drills, Power washers, Lawn mowers, Golf Carts, Bikes, Boats, Back hoes, and other equipment to work efficiently.
• Lead training sessions for team members on safety practices, equipment operation, and maintenance procedures.
• Strong team knowledge with experience in hospitality, labor, or maintenance environments.
• Hands-on experience with residential painting, Landscaping, and general maintenance tasks.
• Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively across departments.

Production teams shift start @ 8AM and run until 4PM - 6PM

Scheduling is flexible and done weekly depending on Guest & Event Accommodations.

The Focus of the production team is consistent maintenance and enhancement of the real estate and guest experience.

Applicant must be at least 18 years of age , and be able to work a physically demanding job that requires the ability to climb stairs, ladders, and or be inside or outside, in the ocean , or on the beach.

Excessive Tardiness is not tolerated and employees are terminated on first offense

Compensation is via Isolved Payroll & Direct Deposit Weekly - State minimum required benefits: PTO
