Beach Resort Operation Manager

The Beach Resort Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of a beachfront property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth coordination across departments, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Services
  • Supervise front desk operations: check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure personalized and memorable guest experiences.
  • Resort Operations
  • Oversee housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, and beach activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards across all resort areas.
  • Manage beach-related services: water sports, equipment rentals, and events.
  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
  • Schedule and supervise daily staff activities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive work culture.
  • Financial & Strategic Management
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote resort services and events.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement emergency procedures and staff training.
  • Oversee security and guest safety on the property and beach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
