Beach Security and Groundskeeping

Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as Beach Security and Groundskeeping , where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and pristine condition of our beachside environment. This energetic position combines vigilant security duties with hands-on light grounds maintenance including trash pick up, creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere for visitors and staff alike. Your proactive approach will help maintain the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces while providing exceptional service to all who enjoy our coastal setting.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle provided while working on property. (not to be taken home)
• Monitor beach access points and patrol the area to ensure safety and security for visitors and staff.
• Use hand tools and power tools, to maintain the grounds’ appearance such as pressure washing, leaf blowing, and minor painting jobs, etc. No electrical, plumbing or indoor work.
• Responsible for collecting dumpsters and getting them emptied at a compactor.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Experience with irrigation systems setup and maintenance is preferred.
• Excellent physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Prior experience in security or safety roles is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential. Pay: From $19.00 per hour
