Beamsaw Operator

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Beamsaw Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating a beamsaw machine for cutting wood panels, MDF, or other sheet materials to precise dimensions according to job specifications.

You will play a key role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring accurate cuts, maintaining equipment, and following safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the beamsaw machine to cut sheet materials according to cutting lists and production requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings or cutting diagrams
• Optimize sheet usage to minimize waste
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor quality control and inspect finished cuts
• Work closely with production supervisors and team members to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beamsaw Operator (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery, especially beamsaws (e.g., Holzma, Giben, SCM, or similar brands)
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and cutting lists
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and able to lift sheet materials as needed
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Beamsaw Operator: 2 years (Preferred)
