Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and talented licensed beautician to operate as a contractor in our vibrant senior living community. Vista Park is a 128 bed Independent community with a fully operational beauty salon. The current owner is retiring and we need to find a replacement beautician.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently .
• tay current with industry trends in color theory, hair threading, barbering techniques, deep tissue massage, and other advanced beauty treatments.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers are a plus.
• Proven experience in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or related beauty services.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon or spa environment.

Pay: $22.42 - $27.00 per hour
