About the Role:

Elaine Salon n Spa is looking for skilled and passionate Female Beauticians to join our team across our multiple locations. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is enthusiastic about providing a complete range of beauty services and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Beautician, you will deliver high-quality hair, skin, and nail services. Your primary duties will include:

• Hair Services: Performing services such as haircuts, coloring, styling, blow-dries, and advanced hair treatments.
• Skincare & Makeup: Providing facial treatments, clean-ups, waxing/threading, and professional makeup application.
• Nail Services: Delivering manicures and pedicures, including basic and advanced nail art or extensions (if skilled).
• Client Consultation: Greeting clients, understanding their beauty needs and preferences, and providing professional advice.
• Hygiene & Safety: Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace, including tools and equipment, in line with salon standards.
• Product Sales: Promoting and selling salon products and recommending future services to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Gender: Female only .

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Beautician is preferred.
• Freshers (newly certified professionals) with relevant training are also welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong technical knowledge in hair, skin, and nail care; excellent communication skills; a friendly, professional, and client-focused attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: 1,80,000 to 4,00,000 Lakh per annum (Salary is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and location).
