Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you are the heartbeat of our salon. You’ll greet every guest with warmth, guide them through our salon experience, support our Independent Artists, and help guests find the perfect retail products. You’ll keep the energy flowing while ensuring our salon remains polished and professional at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome every guest with genuine enthusiasm as they enter and exit

- Act as concierge for our Independent Artists by guiding guests to the right professionals

- Stay informed on our artists’ specialties and the retail lines we carry

- Assist guests with product selections, returns, and general inquiries

- Keep the front desk, cash register, and surrounding area organized, clean, and secure

- Attend team meetings and trainings to stay aligned with brand standards

- Support salon operations as directed by management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
