Beauty Advisor (Arabic Speaker)

Job Summary

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling fragrance, makeup, skincare, and beauty products. The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, achieving sales targets, and representing the company's brands professionally across retail outlets. Sterling Perfumes is a leading UAE manufacturer of fragrances, cosmetics, and personal care products with a global presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide personalized beauty and fragrance consultations.
• Recommend suitable perfumes, skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and explain product benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and conversion goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Sterling Perfumes brands, including fragrance and beauty collections.
• Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Educate customers on fragrance notes, ingredients, and product benefits.

Store Operations

• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Support inventory counts and stock audits.
• Process sales transactions accurately through POS systems.

Brand Representation

• Act as a brand ambassador for Sterling Perfumes and its beauty brands.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards.
• Support in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, fragrance, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
