Role Overview:
We are seeking two motivated and professional Beauty Advisors to join our team, one based in Yas Mall (Abu Dhabi) and one in Dubai Hills Mall. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, delivering personalized beauty experiences to clients, driving sales, and ensuring a premium customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on makeup products and application techniques.
• Perform professional eyebrow threading at our dedicated Brow Bar.
• Achieve sales targets through excellent customer service and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business.
• Maintain gondola presentation and adhere to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales.
• Skilled in eyebrow threading (essential).
• Strong knowledge of makeup application and trends.
• Excellent communication Arabic and English and interpersonal skills.
• Elegant, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Motivated, sales-driven, and customer-focused.
• Female candidates only.

Working Hours:

• Thursday to Sunday
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Compensation:

• Salary: 3,500 AED per month
• Attractive commission structure on sales
