As a Beauty Advisor & Store Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our store — welcoming customers, sharing your passion for beauty and fashion, and keeping our space vibrant and well-merchandised. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends personalized beauty consultation, exceptional customer service, and store operations. You'll report directly to the Team Leaders and Store Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Beauty Advising & Customer Experience

• Greet customers warmly and create an inclusive, welcoming environment from the moment they walk in
• Provide personalized beauty and product advice tailored to each customer's needs, style, and preferences
• Guide customers through our assortment — from skincare and cosmetics to fashion and accessories
• Assist with checkout/register and ensure every customer leaves with a positive, memorable experience
• Drive sales through genuine product knowledge and enthusiastic service

Stocking & Warehouse Operations

• Receive, unpack, price tag, sort, and process incoming product shipments
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized stockroom and warehouse
• Safely carry and move merchandise — including boxes up to 30 lbs — via stairs, ladders, or between floors
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy checks

Merchandising & Visual Presentation

• Style and merchandise the sales floor to reflect brand standards and support sales goals
• Set up and assemble fixtures, display units, and light furniture using hand tools
• Assist with floor moves, seasonal resets, and promotional displays
• Maintain visually appealing and accurate product presentations throughout the store

Store Upkeep & Operations

• Maintain cleanliness across all areas of the store, including restrooms and the break room
• Participate in the weekly cleaning schedule and ongoing store upkeep
• Follow all company policies, procedures, uniform, and appearance standards
• Adhere to loss-prevention best practices and help protect company assets
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient daily workflow alongside your team

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 30 lbs independently and safely
• Comfortable working on ladders and navigating stairs or multi-level spaces
• Minimum availability: Weekend and Holidays, 8 AM–8 PM
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent — our team counts on you

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or specialty retail
• Prior stockroom, merchandising, or inventory processing experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and assembling retail fixtures
• Experience providing personalized product recommendations or consultations
