Beauty Coach/ Industry Mentor

We are looking for a Beauty Coach / Industry Mentor to guide students interested in entering and growing within the beauty retail and marketing industry.

The goal of this role is to help students prepare for and successfully secure internships and entry-level roles in the beauty industry. You will guide students through real-world industry expectations and help them build the skills and confidence needed to enter the field.

This is a great opportunity for someone with beauty retail or brand experience (Sephora, Ulta, or brand counters) who enjoys mentoring and sharing practical industry insights.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce how beauty retail and brand environments work (Sephora / Ulta / brand counters)
• Help students prepare for entry-level roles such as Beauty Advisor
• Provide practical advice on career paths (retail → brand/marketing)
• Support internship preparation (resume, interview, positioning)

Preferred Background:

• Experience in beauty retail (Sephora, Ulta, or similar) or beauty brands
• Understanding of how to enter and grow in the beauty industry
• Strong communication skills and willingness to mentor
• Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
