About the Role:

As a Beauty Consultant , you will offer personalized beauty consultations, help clients select the most suitable products based on their skin type and occasion, and ensure a memorable shopping experience that builds long-term loyalty to the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert makeup and skincare consultations tailored to clients’ individual needs.
• Educate customers on product features, usage techniques, and expected results.
• Analyze client preferences and recommend suitable products to enhance their appearance.
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through outstanding service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and deliver an exceptional retail experience.

Qualifications:

• Certification in beauty, makeup, or skincare is preferred.
• Prior experience in cosmetics or beauty advisory is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of beauty and skincare products across different skin types.
• Ability to provide personalized advice based on customer needs and events.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional personal presentation.
• Sales and persuasion skills to enhance the customer journey and drive results.
• Fluent in Arabic; good command of English is preferred.
