Beauty Consultant Manager

Total compensation including commission and bonus is $45,000 - $50,000 per year. Hourly wage pays between $15-$18 per hour. Commission and bonus can be worth an additional $5 - $18 an hour.

We do have a paid vacation policy for Managers and Assistant Managers.

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive sales people to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission driven environment.

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have 2 years of management experience, preferably in sales
• This is a "retail" job, meaning retail hours which usually is 10-6 or 11-7 and some Saturdays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
