The Role
We're looking for a Seoul Theory Floor Lead & Marketing Operator — someone who thrives at the intersection of beauty, sales, and digital marketing. This isn't just a retail job or just a marketing job. It's both.
You'll be the face of Seoul Theory, hosting personalized K-beauty consults that convert browsers into loyal clients. You'll also run our Meta ad campaigns, manage our lead pipeline, and own the entire customer journey from ad click to booked appointment to in-store conversion.

What You'll DoIn-Store at Seoul Theory (Your Primary Focus)
- Host 15+ complimentary K-beauty consults per week — skin analysis, foundation matching, and personalized product recommendations
- Convert consults into Well Lab treatment bookings — connect clients to services like HydraFacials, microneedling, cryotherapy, and GLP-1 treatments
- Drive retail sales of SKNRX and K-beauty products with expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Enroll clients in our Well Wallet referral program at the point of consult
- Open and close the Seoul Theory floor daily following operational checklists
Digital Marketing & Lead Management
- Run and optimize Meta ad campaigns for both Seoul Theory and Well Lab (we'll train you!)
- Manage our CRM pipeline (GoHighLevel) — move leads through stages, send confirmations, follow up with no-shows
- Respond to new leads within 2 hours during business hours to maximize bookings
- Coordinate with our content team to schedule and post organic social content across Instagram and Facebook
- Report weekly marketing performance to Dr. Dionne — spend, cost per lead, show rate, conversions
Pipeline & Follow-Up
- Follow up with no-shows within 24 hours to reschedule and recover lost appointments
- Keep the pipeline clean — no stale leads sitting for more than 3 days
- Tag and segment hot leads for executive review
- Monitor booking capacity and flag scheduling conflicts
What Success Looks Like
We measure performance on real metrics that matter:
Consult & Conversion
- Host 15+ consults per week with a 70%+ show rate
- Convert 30%+ of consults into Well Lab treatment bookings
- Generate 5+ booked treatments per week
- Sell $500+ in retail products weekly
Marketing & Ads
- Keep cost per booked consult under $15
- Deliver weekly ad performance reports every Monday
- Publish 5+ organic posts per week across both brands
- Flag underperforming ads within 48 hours
Pipeline Management
- Respond to new leads within 2 hours (business hours)
- Follow up with no-shows within 24 hours
- Rebook 50%+ of no-show clients
- Zero stale leads older than 3 days
Who You AreMust-Haves
- Beauty enthusiast with product knowledge — you genuinely love skincare and understand ingredients, routines, and results
- Sales experience — you know how to read a client, ask the right questions, and close without being pushy
- Digital marketing experience — you've run Facebook/Instagram ads before (or you're eager to learn fast)
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain complex treatments in simple, confident language
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and make it happen
- Tech-savvy — comfortable learning CRM tools (GoHighLevel), Meta Ads Manager, and scheduling platforms
- Availability to work in-person at Seoul Theory in Snellville, GA during business hours
Bonus Points
- Experience in medspa, aesthetics, or wellness industry
- Korean beauty (K-beauty) product knowledge or certifications
- Experience with GoHighLevel, Mangomint, or similar CRM/EHR platforms
- Social media content creation or organic marketing experience
- Esthetician license (not required, but valued)

Our 90-Day Ramp Plan
We don't throw you in the deep end. Here's how we set you up to win:
Days 1–30: Learn
Shadow live consults, complete Bridge Protocol training, learn our CRM and Meta ads, establish your baseline metrics.
Days 31–60: Execute
Take full ownership of consults and pipeline management, run your first solo ad optimizations, hit your first KPI targets.
Days 61–90: Own
Operate independently, propose growth ideas, deliver your 90-day performance review, and achieve all KPI targets for 4 consecutive weeks.
