Role 1: Licensed Beauty Professional (Full-Time/Part-Time)

We are looking for VA-Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists ready to deliver high-end, expert-led services.

• Lash & Brow Artistry: Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts & Tints, Brow Lamination, Shaping, and Henna.
• Scalp & Skin Rituals: Japanese Head Spa, Scalp Facials, and Basic Facials.
• Body & Maintenance: LED Red Light Therapy and Body Waxing.
• Requirements: Must hold a valid Virginia State License (Esthetician or Cosmetologist).

Role 2: Beauty Lab Associate (Entry Level / License Pending)

This role is designed for individuals looking to provide high-impact wellness services that do not require a state license. It is an ideal fit for those currently in beauty school or awaiting a license transfer.

• Service Specialties: Perform Teeth Whitening, Lymphatic Drainage Suit sessions, and Color Analysis.
• Studio Support: Assist with client follow-up, studio maintenance, and front-desk "Concierge" duties during weekends and high-demand times.
• The Vibe: Energetic and trend-savvy, ensuring every client experiences a "clinically chic" visit.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Manage appointment scheduling and guest check-in using salon software.
• Educate clients on product demos, skincare routines, and treatment protocols options tailored to their needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations and salon protocols.
• Engage with clients through social media management and retail sales efforts to promote services and products effectively.
• Upsell additional services or products by understanding client needs while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and managing bookings to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Support team collaboration through clear communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a team-oriented atmosphere.

Experience

• Proven experience in cosmetology, esthetician work, or related beauty fields such as barbering or nail care.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices within a salon or med spa setting.
• Background in retail sales, product demos, upselling techniques, and social media management will enhance your success in this role.
