JonAnthony Salon & Spa is a full-service salon proudly serving the Largo and Belleair area for over 17 years. We offer a beautiful, modern, and well-maintained salon environment with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both clients and beauty professionals!

We currently have booth and room rental opportunities available for experienced beauty entrepreneurs with an established clientele:

• Hair Stylists
• Nail Technicians
• Estheticians
• Permanent Makeup Artists
• Massage Therapists

Conveniently located between Largo and Belleair on West Bay Drive, the salon offers easy access, while being surrounded by established residential communities and local businesses. Our location provides excellent visibility, convenient parking, and a professional setting in a highly desirable area.

Requirements

• Active Florida License (based on your specialty)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred
• Established clientele required OR strong ability to build quickly
• Must be insured
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated

Rental Rates:

Pricing (monthly + tax)

• Hair Stylist Booth – $680
• Nail Technician Booth – $600
• Esthetician Room – $680
• Permanent Makeup Room – $680
• Massage Room –$340 per month + tax (shared treatment room with 1 other person)
