Key Responsibilities
- Manage all salon operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Supervise and motivate a team of stylists, beauticians, and front-desk staff.
- Ensure the highest standards of service quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage daily sales, appointments, and customer flow.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Train and onboard new team members and provide ongoing coaching.
- Maintain salon supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Track financial performance and generate daily / weekly / monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Salon Management.
- 3+ years of experience in the beauty industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of salon software for bookings, billing, and inventory (e.g., Fresha, Salon Iris).
