Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Beauty School Esthetics Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring estheticians. In this role, you will deliver engaging lessons, demonstrate advanced esthetic techniques, and foster a positive learning environment. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of beauty professionals by combining technical skills with comprehensive classroom instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive lessons on esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, laser treatments, and body waxing.
• Demonstrate practical skills including eyelash extensions, hair extensions, hair coloring, hair styling, and nail care.
• Develop lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and industry best practices.
• Provide hands-on training in advanced techniques like trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, and aesthetic treatments.
• Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a safe and professional classroom environment that encourages learning and creativity.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques into your teaching repertoire.

Skills

• Proven experience in esthetician training or classroom teaching within the beauty industry.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy relevant to esthetic treatments and massage therapy.
• Skilled in a variety of beauty services including facials, makeup application, hair styling, barbering, and nail care.
• Expertise in advanced esthetic procedures such as dermabrasion, laser treatments, and body waxing.
• Strong lesson planning abilities with a focus on adult education principles.
• Familiarity with technical skills like trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively teach students of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to demonstrate technical procedures clearly while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
