Beauty School Instructor

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty School Instructor to inspire and educate aspiring beauty professionals. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive training across a broad spectrum of cosmetology and aesthetic treatments, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Duties

• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans covering topics such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and other aesthetic treatments
• Conduct classroom instruction that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application to ensure comprehensive student understanding
• Supervise students during practical sessions to maintain safety standards and promote skill mastery
• Evaluate student progress through assessments, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new techniques like hair threading, barbering, and advanced skin care into curriculum
• Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages creativity, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Assist students in lesson planning for their projects or practical exams to build confidence and competence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cosmetology or aesthetic treatments such as hair styling, coloring, extensions, facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions
• Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to cosmetology and aesthetic procedures
• Prior classroom or adult education experience is highly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts clearly
• Passion for mentoring students and fostering a supportive learning environment
• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or esthetics related fields as required by local regulations

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
