Beauty Specialist

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty treatments such as facials, skincare, makeup, and basic grooming services.
• Analyze clients’ skin type and recommend suitable beauty products and treatments.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Assist clients in selecting cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products based on their needs.
• Demonstrate and promote beauty products to increase sales.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products specially Korean products
• Perform skin consultations and advise on skincare routines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Additional Responsibilities (Retail)

• Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers
• Meet sales targets and upsell beauty services/products
• Manage stock and report low inventory
• Build strong client relationships and retain regular customers
• Support promotional events and marketing activities

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and sales ability
• Attention to detail and hygiene awareness
• Time management and multitasking skills

Requirements

• Atleast 1 year experience for the same field
• With Health Certificate
• Valid QID
