Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Beauty Specialist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in hair styling and coloring, skincare treatments, hair removal (waxing), and eyelash extensions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality beauty services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional hair styling, cutting, and coloring services.
• Provide skincare treatments including facial cleansing and basic skin care.
• Carry out hair removal services using waxing techniques.
• Apply and maintain eyelash extensions.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Specialist or similar role in a salon.
• Strong skills in hair styling, coloring, skincare, waxing, and eyelash extensions.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Relevant certification or training in cosmetology or beauty services is preferred.
