Responsibilities

• Manage your own appointment schedule and provide top-tier beauty and wellness services such as hair styling, facials, body waxing, lash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and more
• Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building lasting client relationships
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
• Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, client records, and billing
• Promote your services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Upsell retail products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue
• Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and techniques including color theory, nail care, hair extensions, tattooing, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, straight razor shaving, and more

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license or relevant certification in esthetics, massage therapy, barbering or related fields
• Proven experience in delivering diverse beauty treatments such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, body waxing, makeup application, nail care or dermal procedures
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide excellent guest services and consultation
• Experience with social media management for marketing purposes is a plus
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a professional salon or spa setting
• Previous retail sales experience in beauty products or treatments is advantageous
