Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across various beauty services, a strong sense of professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results. This role requires a confident and detail-oriented individual who enjoys providing excellent client care in a dynamic and fast-paced salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of beauty and wellness treatments including facials, body therapies, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and massages.
• Assist with hair and scalp care services when needed.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene within the salon at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and attention to detail.
• Support daily salon operations and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
• Promote salon services and product offerings through confident and informed client interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or 3 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional salon experience in Dubai or the UAE (required).
• Proficiency across multiple beauty treatment areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished and professional personal presentation.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
