Beauty Therapist -Massage, Nails & Facial

The Beauty Therapist provides a wide range of professional beauty and wellness services, including massage therapies, nail care, waxing, and facial treatments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform various massage therapies, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy.
• Provide nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and maintenance.
• Conduct waxing services for different body areas with care and precision.
• Perform facial treatments and skincare therapies tailored to individual client needs.
• Consult with clients to assess needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and provide post-care guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools according to spa protocols.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments, preferences, and any contraindications.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Stay updated on latest spa techniques, beauty trends, and wellness practices.
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
• Proven experience in massage, nails, waxing, and facial treatments in a spa or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, skincare, and nail services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of performing treatments for extended periods.
• Candidate must be based in Doha and ready to join immediately.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
