Position: GET in Production /Maintenance Department

Education: B.E/B.Tech Mechanical

Experience: 0 to 01 Year

Key Responsibilities:

1. *Support Production Process*: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of production activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.

2. *Improve Efficiency*: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

3. *Quality Control*: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.

4. *Troubleshooting*: Investigate and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.

5. *Collaboration*: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance to achieve shared goals.

6. *Continuous Learning*: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve production processes.

7. *Safety and Compliance*: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems

4. *Certifications*: Relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001, are an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
