Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Finder & Appointment Scheduler – Real Estate and Construction. In this role, you will identify potential clients, generate leads for real estate and construction projects, and schedule appointments between clients and our partnered property dealers or contractors. Responsibilities include utilizing provided tools to manage client communications, maintaining organized records, and fostering professional relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. You will be expected to meet goals for follow-ups, appointment conversions, and collaboration with team members for effective client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively schedule appointments and manage tasks
• Experience with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online research methods is preferred
• Background or knowledge in real estate or construction sectors is advantageous
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively in a virtual team setting
• Passion for real estate and commitment to delivering exceptional service
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in marketing or real estate is a plus
