About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the B.Ed curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments, assignments, and examinations.
• Guide students in research projects, internships, and teaching practice.
• Contribute to curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional growth.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, seminars, and workshops.
• Provide mentorship and counseling to students for academic and professional development.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest trends in Education and Pedagogy.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree (M.Ed) with minimum 55% marks (Ph.D. in Education preferred).
• Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET (as per UGC norms).
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in B.Ed/M.Ed programs.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, educational psychology, and teacher training practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
