As a Bed Maintenance & Detail Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance and health of landscape beds across a variety of properties. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, take ownership of a route, and contribute to the overall beauty and safety of client sites.

Perform routine landscaping and bed maintenance tasks, including weeding, debris removal, and stick/twig pickup.

Carry out planting, seasonal cleanups, softscape upkeep, and assist with landscape installation projects.

Apply chemicals as needed, or be willing to obtain certification for chemical application.

Operate landscaping equipment such as blowers, bed edgers, dump trailers, trimmers, snow blowers, and plow trucks.

Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs of equipment to ensure safe operation.

Work independently and efficiently while maintaining a safe and professional jobsite.

Valid drivers license.

Comfortable or experienced in operating heavy-duty trucks with hydraulic dump beds.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or lawn care preferred.

Snow plowing experience preferred.

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Professional, reliable, and strong communication skills.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
$17$23 per hour, based on experience. Weekly pay. Winter incentive pay increase available.
