We’re on the hunt for a Beerhall Server to join the gute Laune crew!

At gute Laune, we’re all about cold beer, warm vibes, and good times—and we’re looking for someone who can help us keep the party going. If you’ve got a passion for hospitality, a love for beer, and the kind of energy that lights up a room, we want you on our floor.

As a Beerhall Server, you’ll bring Bavarian-style hospitality to life. From delivering giant pretzels and steins of beer with a smile, to guiding guests through our menu of German-inspired favorites, you’ll make every table feel like part of the celebration. You’ll be the reason guests come for the beer and stay for the atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting guests with energy and making them feel right at home
• Serving up beer, cocktails, and Bavarian fare with efficiency and care
• Sharing your beer and menu knowledge with confidence and enthusiasm
• Anticipating guest needs and upselling to enhance their experience
• Keeping your section clean, organized, and ready for the next round
• Working side by side with your team to keep the good vibes flowing

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
• A love for hospitality and making people feel welcome
• Comfort handling a busy floor while keeping a smile on your face
• Basic beer knowledge is great, but curiosity and eagerness to learn go even further
• Comfortable using a POS system (Toast experience is a bonus)
• A strong team player with great communication skills
• Must be of legal serving age and meet local requirements
