What You'll Be Doing

As a Beertender at Tasty Beverage Company, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a memorable experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting guests in selecting the perfect beer from our extensive selection.
• Pouring and serving draft beer with precision and care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and seating areas.
• Educating customers about our offerings, including beer styles, flavors, and pairings.
• Handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting the team with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Upholding all health and safety standards to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, such as bartending or working in a craft beer-focused environment.
• A strong passion for craft beer and a willingness to continue learning about the industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
