Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and energetic Beertender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar, creating a welcoming environment for guests while showcasing your knowledge of craft beers and beverages. Your enthusiasm for hospitality and excellent customer service will help ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Responsibilities

• Serve a variety of beers and other beverages with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring accurate pouring and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Heartland Restaurant or Toast to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about our drink menu, and enhance their overall experience.
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with attention to detail, including balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas during events like banquets or catering functions.
• Follow all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or beverage industry is preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Genius/Heartland Restaurant is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and the ability to connect with diverse guests.
• Good time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
