Hop & Sting Brewing Company located @ 906 Jean St in Grapevine, TX is looking for one more part time bartender to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working.

Must have full availability during our hours of operation to be considered. We are open 3pm-10pm Monday through Thursday, 11am - 10pm Friday & Saturday, and 11am - 8pm Sundays.

You will typically work 2-3 days per week, averaging around 15-25 hours. Our bartenders average $15-$30 an hour in tips.

We get very busy during the Spring/Summer time so you must be able to handle a fast paced bar atmosphere.

• Pouring beers and having general beer knowledge
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
• Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Selling brewery merchandise
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Handling cash and credit cards transactions
• Daily cleaning duties

Qualifications

• MUST LOVE BEER!
• Over 21
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• TABC Certified
• Must be able to move a keg
• Able to take the level 1 Cicerone test after hire (if not qualified yet)
• 2+ years of high volume serving or bartending experience
• Able to work well with coworkers
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
