Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Beertender. As a Beertender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving our delicious craft beers, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about craft beer and enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

• MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT BOTH LA CUMBRE BREWERY LOCATIONS.
• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the brewery.
• Educate customers about our beers, including flavor profiles, ingredients, and brewing techniques.
• Pour and serve beers with precision and care, ensuring each customer receives a high-quality product.
• Operate our point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and in the taproom area.
• Monitor the taproom atmosphere and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Assist with special events as needed.
• Uphold La Cumbre Brewery's standards of excellence in customer service and beer quality.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Knowledge of craft beer styles, brewing processes, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
