Before and After School Care

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Before and After School Program Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for students from preschool to middle school. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with youth and a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage with students during various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Plan and implement educational programs.
• Provide behavior management support to help students develop social skills and emotional regulation.
• Assist in organizing activities and events.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in one or more of the following areas:

• Babysitting or daycare experience working with children.
• Sports coaching or physical education background.
• Tutoring or academic support experience with students.
• Previous involvement in camp settings or youth programs.
• Strong behavior management skills to effectively support diverse student needs.
