Schedule & Hours

• Mon–Fri: 6:45 –8:45 a.m.
• Mon–Fri: 3:45 pm - 5:30 pm

Pay Range: $18.00 – $22.00/hour, based on education, experience, and role placement

Responsibilities

Implement and deliver curriculum, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, maintain documentation, engage with school staff and families, collaborate with team members, monitor ratios, and lead with professionalism.

Qualifications

• 460+ hours (approx. 3 months) verifiable experience with school-aged children
• Must pass all state-required background checks
• Availability for split shifts (before and after school)

• This Lead Teacher role requires professional experience working with larger groups of school-aged children in a structured group setting (such as a school, daycare, after-school program, summer camp, Scouts, 4-H, or church youth programs).

Please note that babysitting or lifeguarding alone is not considered relevant experience.
