Individual Dynamics provides a variety of behavioral support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both the home and community settings.

About the role

Ideal applicant has experience supporting individuals in their homes and community with co-occurring diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disability and mental health condition(s). Flexibility and adaptability to support the needs of the individuals in services. Seeks out support from other team members/supervisor in collaborative effort to meet needs of individuals we serve.

Other Requirements:

• Work schedule: Has flexibility includes some weekend hours.
• Proficient in technology (smart phone, video conferencing, etc.)
• Maintains communication with supervisor, clients, caregivers, families, stakeholders, and providers.
• Works with clients, families and appropriate community agencies as necessary to facilitate services for staff, stakeholders or clients.
• Ability to meet/work in a variety of settings.
• Develops and maintains notes/records.
• Lift and/or carry 20-50 lbs.
• Sit, stand and walk for reasonable periods of time.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
• Performs related work as assigned.
• Ability to drive personal or company vehicle
• Driving Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• No more than three at fault accidents/moving violations in the past three years or one major violation (hit and run, DUI, reckless driving etc.) in the past five years.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance
• Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work
• Ability to meet and maintain agency driving requirements and operate agency vehicles

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
• Ability to work in Denver, Colorado Springs and Castle Rock area.

Qualifications

Minimal education requirements: Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or other Health Science/Human Services degree.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
