Join a team of passionate professionals supporting students in school- and home-based ABA programs throughout the Corona and Riverside communities. As a Behavior Interventionist, you’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your professional growth is valued just as much as the students you serve.

At ABC, you’ll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on support while building meaningful skills for a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA services to students in school and home settings
• Implement evidence-based interventions using positive reinforcement
• Support development of communication, social, and adaptive skills
• Collect and track student progress data
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and Field Trainers for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct ABA experience (preferred)
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
• Reliable, collaborative, and eager to learn
