Successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with education teams in regard to Grades PK-12 student behavior including experience with conducting student observations, making classroom recommendations to education teams, developing and supporting implementation of behavior intervention plans, reviewing student behavior progress and providing staff in-service training. Must demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a Masters degree in the area of psychology or a related field, and be or be willing to become certified as an instructor for Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI).
