Job Summary

Amaze ABA Therapy - Virginia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 autism services to children in Virginia Beach. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support the unique needs of each child. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certification in ABA, psychology, education, or behavioral health preferred

• 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities; RBT certification a plus

• Excellent communication, observation, and recording skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to clients' homes or other facilities
