+ Essential Job Functions
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support client skill development and independence
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene routines, feeding, transitions, and other adaptive living skills as appropriate
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses to interventions during therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Engage clients in structured and naturalistic teaching activities that promote communication, social interaction, play, and adaptive skills
- Utilize positive behavior support strategies and behavior intervention techniques under clinical supervision
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and team members to support client progress and consistency across environments
- Maintain professionalism, timely documentation, and consistent attendance in accordance with company expectations

- Passion for working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Basic understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles preferred but not required; paid training provided
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating patience and compassion
- Strong organizational skills for data collection, documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records
- Willingness to learn medical terminology related to behavioral health and special education services
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work part-time hours as scheduled

+ Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, behavioral science, or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or behavioral health preferred, but not required
- Willingness to complete training and pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
