Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency dedicated to supporting children and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Since 2015, our team of BCBAs and LCSWs has focused on helping learners ages 3 to 23 build communication, independence, and confidence through individualized ABA services.
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing network of ABA professionals. In this role, you will work 1:1 with a student in their home or center environment while receiving ongoing supervision and mentorship from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We currently have multiple openings, including:
Daytime Cases- Monday 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Tuesday to Friday 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Tuesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or 4:30 PM)
After School and Weekend Cases- Monday to Friday 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Center based)
- Saturday and Sunday 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM (In home)
- Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (In home)
- Tuesday and Thursday 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM (Center)
Additional Openings- Monday to Thursday 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
- Monday, Thursday, Friday 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child’s natural environment
- Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collect daily behavioral and skill acquisition data
- Support communication, social, and adaptive skill development
- Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs
- Background in Psychology, ABA, Special Education, Human Services, OT, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children required
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training supported)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and engaging personality
- Ability to document session data and progress notes
